The Companion. · Your first 10 minutes
We have been expecting you.
This is your AI team. Nayo is the human. You meet her on The Call. This part is ours, and it is small on purpose.
The shape of it: 4 steps. 1 thing per screen. You can stop at any point and come back whenever, and the page remembers where you were. Nothing here is urgent. We have got you.
The clicks ahead happen in Claude, on your computer. This page is the guide. Keep it open on your phone beside you, like a recipe.
So the steps count as yours
Each step ends with a button that tells us it is done. That is how we know where you are, and it is why nobody ever chases you. Your email stays here and in our records. It never goes in a link.
Have these ready, in this order
That is all. No zip. No folder. No code. The technical part happens on The Call., with us, never alone.
Add your first name and email above to begin. That is how the steps stay yours.
Tap Obviously. at the top to return here any time. If you get stuck at any point, email hello@obviously.so.
Step 1 of 4 · About 2 minutes
Connect your Gmail.
Do these clicks on your computer. This page stays on your phone, beside you. The step is 1 connection, made of 6 small clicks. There is a picture for every click. When your screen matches the picture, you are on track.
In Claude, click your name at the bottom left, then click Settings.
Tap any picture to enlarge
In Settings, look down the left side under Customize. Click Connectors.
Find Gmail in the list and click Connect.
A Google window opens. That screen belongs to Google, not to us. Choose your Gmail account.
Google lists what it is turning on, and it will mention sending.
It drafts, you send. Every draft waits in your mailbox for your hand. The system is instructed never to send on its own.
Read it, then click Continue.
Your browser asks to hand you back. Click Open Claude. You land back in Claude, and that is the whole step.
Gmail · connected
That is 1 of 4 done. You can stop here and come back whenever. The page keeps your place. Or keep going, calendar is the same 4 clicks you already know.
Step 2 of 4 · About 1 minute
Connect your calendar.
Same door, same moves. The system reads your day so it can say it back to you.
Back in Connectors, Gmail now wears a checkmark. Find Google Calendar and click Connect.

Choose the same Gmail account.
Google shows the access. Click Continue.
Click Open Claude to come back. Done. The system is instructed never to change anything on your calendar. It only reads your day back to you.

In Settings, click Privacy. Find Help improve our AI models and switch it off, like the picture.

Step 4 of 4 · The nice part
Book The Call.
The setup is done. This last step is choosing a time. On The Call. you meet Nayo, and together you finish the build. You watch it happen. You never do the technical part alone.
1 thing to do
Pick the slot that suits you. Morning slots are lovely for this, your first brief lands the same day.
Not seeing the times? Open the booking page in a new tab.
The Call. · booked
That was the last step. All 4 done.
Complete
Your part is done.
Here is what happens on The Call. Together we point Claude at your folder, install The List., and set your morning brief to run every day. Then we watch your first real morning appear, on your screen, while you are on the line with us.
The brief will already sound like you. We built your brain from everything you told us in The Interview. On The Call. we sharpen it.
The terms it works under
Between now and The Call.: nothing is required of you. If anything is unclear, email hello@obviously.so. The team drafts your answer, Nayo presses send, usually within 24 hours.
